A little about me

I’m a neurodivergent Indo-Caribbean woman from the Global South, a complex trauma survivor and a survivor of intergenerational trauma with years of experience in caring for other survivors.

I can hold space if there are difficult things that you need to talk about, offer advice and feedback, and share resources and coping mechanisms. I believe in Harm Reduction, Disability Justice and a future in which survivors are surrounded by supportive community instead of isolated and ostracised, aren’t retraumatised when seeking mental health care and have abundant access to the resources they need.
